Roles

Every user in your organization has one of three roles:

• Receptor (warehouse operator) — captures evidence on orders and views orders and sites.
• Gerente (manager) — everything a receptor does, plus share links, invites, and downloading original photos.
• Admin — everything a gerente does, plus user management, organization settings, API keys, and audit logs.

Signing in

Sign in at /enterprise/login with your email and password. If your administrator invited you, open the invite link or scan the invite QR code and follow the registration steps. Managers and admins can also register a passkey (fingerprint / face / security key) for faster sign-in from the Passkeys page.

Orders

Orders are the anchor for all evidence. They arrive three ways: synced automatically from Shopify, created through the API, or created manually (New Order). An order moves through pending → inspected → complete, and can be marked disputed at any point. When an order becomes disputed, managers and admins receive an email notification (this can be turned off in Settings → Notifications).

Capturing evidence

Open an order and choose New Evidence. Pick the exception type (damaged, missing, wrong item, other — or no exception for a clean receipt), add notes, and attach photos. Evidence is timestamped automatically and each photo is analyzed for integrity (capture source, embedded metadata consistency, duplicates). Integrity results appear on the evidence page so reviewers can judge how trustworthy a capture is. For the strongest evidence, capture with the mobile app — it records GPS and device provenance.

Share links (gerente/admin)

Share links give carriers, insurers, or customers read-only access to evidence without an account. Create one from an order or evidence page, set an expiry date and optional access cap, and send the URL. Links can be revoked at any time from Share Links, and expired links are purged automatically per your retention settings.

Inviting your team (gerente/admin)

From Invites, create an invite with a role and expiry. If you enter an email address the invite is sent automatically; otherwise share the QR code or link directly. Invites can be revoked until redeemed.

Administration (admin)

• Users — create, edit, deactivate accounts and change roles.
• Settings — retention windows for share links and uploads, evidence-capture policy (require the native app), operator order creation, and notification preferences.
• API Keys — issue and revoke keys for warehouse system integrations (see the API docs at /api-docs).
• Audit Logs — every significant action (logins, evidence, share links, settings changes) is recorded with user and IP.
